How do I get started?

Call 707.836.4029 or 541.221.0275 to discuss your needs over the phone.  Or, you can email your existing resume or list of job titles with dates and a brief description to hmdresumes@gmail.com.  You will be contacted to discuss your specific needs within 24 hours, and a phone or in-person interview will be set up if you wish to proceed. Within 2-4 days after your interview, you will receive drafts of your resume and cover letter by email or mail. After you review these documents, edits and revisions will be discussed, and this process will be repeated until you are satisfied with the result.

 

I don’t have a resume. How can I proceed?

All of your necessary information can be obtained during the interview.

 

I already have a resume. What if I just want you to add my new information or polish it?

Please send your resume, and a personalized quote will be provided for just the services you request. If you don’t need a major overhaul, you will be quoted an hourly editing fee. If the resume requires more work, we will discuss the project in detail so you can decide how you prefer to proceed.

 

How long will it take you to prepare my resume and cover letter?

Resume projects are usually completed in 2-4 days but same day service is available in some cases. Please ask if you need rush service.

 

How can I be sure that your resumes are of top quality?

I personally conduct all interviews and draft your resume. I never rely on resume software, and unlike internet-only companies which offer resumes for $49, I take the time to craft your resume to the highest standards. If my work does not meet your expectations, let me know. I will revise your drafts until you are satisfied with the results.

 

How much does it cost?

Services are custom quoted for every client, based on the amount of work required.  Please contact me to discuss your particular situation and receive a personalized price quote. You are guaranteed to pay only for the services you need.

 

How do I pay?

After we have discussed your needs and agreed upon the services to be rendered, an invoice will be sent to your email address with a link to PayPal Business Services. You can pay either through your PayPal Account, a credit card, a debit card, or a checking account. If you do not have an email address or would prefer to mail a check, that can be arranged as well.
